I have an ipod nano 6th & 7th gen. Can I exchange them for a new product?

There is no "exchange" program for iPods, except for 10% off a new iPod at a retail Apple Store for "recycling" an old iPod. There are third-party businesses that pay for used Apple devices.
FYI - If the "new product" you want is another iPod nano, 7th gen is the latest model.
